I am passionate about everything that makes a team create meaningful and valuable digital products! This can be from finding out what to build and why and also creating a plan on how to get there in small steps that can be used to gather feedback, but also on a level where a team needs to find out how they can work together in order to maximise the value they are creating.
Often these things are very connected and overlapping, so I don't stick to usual role descriptions and will observe the situation, the team the product and do whatever is needed to create successful outcomes.
My passion for observing and reflecting on what i am seeing is also very present in my personal life where i am very enthusiastic about photography.
